  Don't buy from Sleepy's, terrible customer service. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but refused to take back or exchange my mattress or that of my families less than 24 hours from purchase. They said the defects were within their parameters. So that's two times they refused to stand by their warranty of 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Sleepy's is also a rip off, you can find the same mattresses at other stores for almost half the price, Sleepy's is just clever and they slightly change the name of the mattress sold in their stores from other stores so that it's very hard to price match but if you speak to sales rep they will say it's the same exact mattress. Buy from Macy's or Bob's or anyone but Sleepy's.
